1. Who you are dealing with

3. What this site is for

4. Product information is indicative
We are an early-stage company and the product described here is in development. Dimensions, electrical figures, radio behaviour, timings, dates and capabilities are our best current understanding. They may change as the design is finished and tested, and some of them are estimates that we have said are estimates. Do not design a system, commit a budget or make a purchase decision on the strength of a figure taken from this website. Ask us for the current specification in writing, and we will give it to you.
5. Accuracy
We take care to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that it is free of errors or omissions, nor that it will be available without interruption.
6. What belongs to whom
The text, drawings, renders, photographs, layout, code and the name-1 name and marks on this site belong to us or to our licensors. You may read the site, print pages for your own use, and quote short extracts with attribution and a link. You may not copy the site or substantial parts of it, republish it, sell it, use it to train a model, or use our marks as your own, without our written permission.
The typeface used here, Space Mono, is licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and remains the property of its authors.

Where we link to someone else, we do so because we think it is useful. We do not control those sites and we are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

This clause is about the website. Our liability for products and services we sell you is set by the contract under which we sell them, not by this page.
